I started my handyman business, Hometown Handyman, out of a passion for helping people improve and maintain their homes with quality work they could trust. I noticed a large gap is services between the large home builders and the unlicensed “Chuck-in-a-Truck” contractors. What began as a small, local service quickly grew through word-of-mouth, fueled by a commitment to reliability, craftsmanship, and treating every job like it was in my own home.
As demand increased and projects became more complex, I saw an opportunity to evolve. That vision led to the formation of First Coast Renovations—a Class 1 licensed design-build contractor serving St. Johns, Duval, and Flagler Counties. Today, we offer comprehensive renovation and remodeling services, combining small-town values with professional-grade execution.
